What is your return policy?

Products that are still in their package can be returned within 14 days.

What if my package got damaged during transport?

If you have received a package that seems to have been damaged while in transport, please take a picture of the package BEFORE you open the package, and send it to info@gascatrading.com.

What if the product I have ordered is defect or seems to be damaged?

If a product doesn’t work properly, please send a picture and a short description about the problem to: gascatrading@gmail.com.

Do you ship to the UK?

No, the Brexit has made it very complicated for Gasca to do business with the UK.

However, things might change in the future.

    General conditions of purchase

    I Preliminary exposition

    The following is the contractual document that will govern the purchase of the products through the website

    1. You’ve read, you understand and you’re agree with this text.

    V Purchase procedure

    The purchase procedure may be carried out in the language that the user chooses on the website. This will be indicated before starting the purchase. The prices and delivery conditions on this website will be applied indistinctly to national or international territory and in compliance with Spanish legislation. The currency used will only be the euro.

    The user must register on the website to be able to access the purchase of products offered by Gasca Trading, SL In any case, they must select the desired product by clicking on the purchase tab. The different products will be added to the “shopping cart” and can be consulted at any time. Likewise, the number of orders per product may be increased, such as selecting others, or canceling those already selected.

    User data will be stored for future purchases. Gasca Trading, SL in accordance with the indicated privacy policy will guarantee the confidentiality of your data.

    VI Order delivery

    Orders will be delivered to the home or business address freely designated by the user. Shipments will be made through courier or transport agency and the delivery time will depend on the destination. In this way, the provider does not assume any responsibility for when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the company of shipments, assigned for this purpose, as is the absence of the recipient.

    The approximate delivery and availability times will vary depending on various factors such as characteristics of the products to be purchased, destination area, number of units, chosen form of payment, justification of the same, transport incidents, stock breakages, etc.

    For the calculation of the approximate delivery times, only working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) will be counted and always based on the justification of the payment by the client and the aforementioned confirmation call by our company.

    Notwithstanding the foregoing, Gasca Trading, SL must adopt the measures required of a diligent merchant so that the delivery can be made in the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible, for which no responsibility can be attributed against Gasca Trading, SL

    VII Price and shipping costs

    The price of the products will be the one that appears in the description of the same in which the Value Added Tax (VAT) is NOT included. The general conditions are reviewed and updated together with the transport service providers.

    Gasca Trading, SL cannot guarantee the availability of the products and it is possible that there are products that are not available for immediate delivery.

    Delivery will be made at the delivery address indicated by the customer in the data section for shipping the order. The client assumes that in any case the economic valuation of some of the products may vary in real time. In any case, this will always be previously communicated to users.

    Any payment made to the provider will entail the issuance of an invoice in the name of the user. Said invoice will be sent to the client by the means of contact provided for this purpose.

    VII Price and shipping costs

    Payment must be made through the different forms of payment available on the completion page of the Sale, reserving the rights of Gasca Trading, SL to modify said forms of payment, according to its criteria and without prior notice.

    IX Shipping procedure

    Once the payment of an order is confirmed, the package is prepared and it is waited for it to be picked up by the courier company. Packages are generally dispatched within twenty-four hours of final order confirmation.

    Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping.

    X Returns

    Any merchandise that arrives defective or if the number of packages does not match, must be reflected on the delivery note of the carrier and communicated within the next 24 hours to Gasca Trading, SL to process the corresponding claim.

    It is recommended to review the material before signing the delivery note.

    In case of appreciating any type of damage in the packages, it is necessary to indicate it on the shipping note in order to be able to claim the carrier’s insurance. Apart from damage caused in transport, any defective product that is still under warranty must be sent, prior notice, to the duly packaged Gasca Trading, SL warehouse.

    The cost of shipping will depend on the reason for the return. Gasca Trading. SL will be responsible for the replacement of the product as well as the shipping costs as long as it is the product’s own defects and not due to misuse, improper handling or failures from the effects of water or blows.

    X Applicable law and jurisdiction

    These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in that which is not expressly established. The provider and the user agree to submit any controversy that may arise from the provision of the products or services object of these Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals designated by the user.

    Likewise, the provider and the user may submit their conflicts to the arbitrations provided for in the arbitration and defense legislation of consumers and users, and to the extrajudicial conflict resolution procedures that are established through codes of conduct or other instruments of self-regulation.
