What is your return policy?

Products that are still in their package can be returned within 14 days.

What if my package got damaged during transport?

If you have received a package that seems to have been damaged while in transport, please take a picture of the package BEFORE you open the package, and send it to info@gascatrading.com.

What if the product I have ordered is defect or seems to be damaged?

If a product doesn’t work properly, please send a picture and a short description about the problem to: gascatrading@gmail.com.

We will replace the product without any extra cost to you.

Do you ship to the UK?

No, the Brexit has made it very complicated for Gasca to do business with the UK.

However, things might change in the future.

Do you ship to all of Europe?

Yes! Except for the UK.

Does Gasca sell my data to 3rd parties?

No.

All the data that we gather is only used by ourselves to be able to serve you better.

Can I pay with a Debit or Credit card?

No, at the moment we can only accept Paypal for online orders.

However, we’re working hard to be able to offer more possibilities in the future!

How long does shipping take?

Shipping depends on the country you reside in.

However, all orders before 17:00 will be sent out for delivery on the same day!

How does your Covid-19 policy look like?

We take Covid-19 very seriously.

All our personnel are wearing masks at all times and we never come in direct contact with the shipping company.

Before dropping off packages to the shipping company, we make sure that they are all disinfected.
